This series of equipment is mainly used to straighten and cut cold joint steel, zinc coating wire and many kinds of nonferrous metals. This equipment is mainly constructed by straightening mechanism, feeding mechanism, cutting mechanism etc. After initial fixing, the wire is automatically fed, straightened and cut. The design is reasonable, the operation is simple and stable. One person can operates multi machines so the production efficiency is high. The machine is suitable for automatic production of ironware, fencing meshes and  decorative lighting factory.



Structure and property
1.The machine is formed by main frame, straitening mechanism, feeding mechanism, cutting mechanism, straight line gun and bobbin loader etc.
2.The straightening part is constructed by straightening bearing, straightening block and shaft block at the two ends. The straightening for metal wire is handled by triangle belt driving the straightening wheel rotate fast, and the power is from the motor installed under the main frame.
3.Feeding mechanism: It is formed by 2 sets of synchronously working clamping roller (each one set is TZ1-2.5). The power is from cutting motor, the transmission is triangle belt and chain, they drive 2 sets of clamping roller working synchronously. In operation, the metal wire moves forward through the friction at the slot on the excircle of clapming roller. The feeding speed can be changed by adjusting the spring of the clamping roller, the maximum speed is the linear speed of clamping roller. In working, the spring press should be properly adjusted as per metal wire diameter and rigidity, so the optimum straightening and production effect can be achieved.
4.Cutting mechanism: The cutting is done by joint working of a eccentric mechanism and the knife rest at one end of the linear gun. The eccentric mechanism is formed by main shaft slide block, eccentric sleeve, pendulum block and punching head. The power is from cutting motor, the rotation of main shaft is driven by triangle belt, and the up and down reciprocating of punching head is achieved by the eccentric mechanism. In operation, when metal wire in linear gun slot reaches defined value, the metal wire quickly pushes linear gun moving forward by friction of clamping roller set. The lug boss moves to the operaing stroke of punching head, the lug boss is at the back of punching head cushion block located at the top of tool bit. The metal wire is cut with defined length by punching head shocking tool bit. At the same time, when punching head slide block move down, the slicer clapming block is pressed to make enclosed wire rotate around sub guide rod and remove from the slot. The cut wire in the slot automatically falls down to the tray under the gravity. When the punching head moves up, the tool bit moves up accordingly. The wire enclosing rod re-enclose the slot by torsional spring. After losing metal wire pushing strength, the linear gun restores to the initial status under the action of pulling spring and enters the next cycle. 
5.Bobbin loader part: the material loading bracket is assembled by wire coil, mandrel, baffle pole and foundation. The wire coil can continously feeding material.
